This document submission process includes 2048 bit SSL encryption of your sensitive documents to ensure that your data is safe as it travels across the internet and into our secure office network.
When scanning your documents, please scan as many documents in one file as possible for simple upload. Using the following form, you can send up to 5 documents per submission. This form will accept files in the following formats (gif, jpg, png, pdf, xls, xlsx, doc, docx, txt, csv).
If you are unable to scan all your documents into one or two files, please mail them to us or drop-off at our office if you’re local.
